Workplace Well-Being in Manufacturing Organizations in Nigeria: Do Employee Green Behavior, Core Self-Evaluations and Empowering Leadership Matter?

Introduction: Workplace well-being has become a key issue in organizational behavior literature because of the impact it on various outcomes organization. Consequent to aforementioned, this study investigated three antecedents (employee green behavior, core self-evaluation, and empowering leadership) manufacturing organizations Nigeria. Methods: A quantitative cross-sectional survey correlational design were adopted investigate direct relationship predictor variables have with workplace well-being. Data collected from 201 employees working Lagos State, Nigeria using systematic sampling. The participants comprised 124 males 77 females mean age 31.43 years standard deviation 5.87. Four standardized psychometrically sound instruments used for collecting data while regression analysis was testing hypotheses via IBM SPSS statistics version 25.
